1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to access this site or purchase any product. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Product Use

Our products are not for human or veterinary use, are not approved by the FDA, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. Account Registration

If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@nexuralabs.co of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders, including after payment, in cases of suspected fraud, ineligibility, supply constraints, or pricing errors. If we cancel a paid order for our reasons (fraud check, supply issue, pricing error on our side), we will resolve the cancellation per our No Refund Policy. Refunds are not issued; reshipments or alternative remedies may apply at our discretion.

5. Shipping and Returns

Shipping terms, delivery times, and return conditions are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. PRODUCTS HAVE NOT BEEN STERILIZED OR TESTED FOR SAFETY OR EFFICACY IN FOOD, DRUG, MEDICAL DEVICE, COSMETIC, OR ANY OTHER USE. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION ABOUT THE LEGALITY OF OUR PRODUCTS IN ANY PARTICULAR JURISDICTION.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXURA LABS, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR PRODUCTS OR THIS SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO A PRODUCT OR ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT PRODUCT.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nexura Labs and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your use or misuse of our products, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (d) any administration of our products to humans or animals.

9. Compliance with Laws

You are solely responsible for compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the purchase, possession, handling, storage, and disposal of our products in your jurisdiction. We do not represent that our products are legal in every jurisdiction.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on nexuralabs.co — including text, images, logos, product photos, and the Nexura Labs name — is owned by Nexura Labs or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our products will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in Alexandria, Virginia. You waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. Either party may bring an action in small-claims court for qualifying disputes.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect changes. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a notice on the site. Your continued use of nexuralabs.co after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Nexura Labs offers an SMS/text messaging program that delivers account updates, order notifications, customer-care messages, and promotional offers to customers who have opted in through our website. By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Nexura Labs at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you one final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
