Nexura Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you visit nexuralabs.co or place an order with us.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you create an account, place an order, contact our support team, or sign up for our newsletter, we collect: your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, order history, and any messages you send us.

Payment information. Payment card details are entered directly into our payment processor’s secure form and are never stored on our servers. We receive only the last four digits of your card and a transaction reference.

Compliance information. At checkout we record the timestamp, IP address, and your acknowledgment of our policies and 21+ age confirmation. We retain this for legal and regulatory compliance.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our site we collect standard log data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referring page, pages viewed, and timestamps. We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics (Google Analytics 4), and fraud prevention.

2. How We Use Your Information

Process and fulfill your orders, including shipping, returns, and customer support.

We retain your account and order information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after, in order to fulfill our legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations. Compliance records (age and policy acknowledgments tied to orders) are retained for at least seven (7) years from the order date.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and to opt out of any sale (we do not sell personal information). To exercise any of these rights, email support@nexuralabs.co. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request, and some information must be retained to comply with legal obligations.

7. Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including TLS encryption for all site traffic and PCI-compliant payment processing. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of any data transmitted over the internet.

8. Children

Our site and products are not directed to anyone under 21 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided personal information to us, please contact support@nexuralabs.co and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent changes. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a notice on the site.

10. SMS/Text Messaging (Mobile Information)

If you opt in to receive text messages from Nexura Labs (for example, by submitting your phone number through a form on our website and agreeing to receive SMS communications), we will use your mobile number to send you the messages you signed up for, such as account updates, order notifications, and promotional offers.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories described in Section 3 above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third parties, excluding vendors and service providers that assist us in delivering text messages, and only for that purpose.
